Bringing you classic tweed amp style tones that were at the very heart of Rock and Roll… Wampler’s Tweed ’57 pedal will help you create those iconic sounds you know and love!
Coveted by blues, country, and rock players alike – tweed-style amplifiers have been staples in famous musicians’ live and studio setups since their introduction. With their warm and woolly sound and pushed volume tube break-up, the tone of tweed amps have found their way on to numerous historic recordings of some legendary artists such as Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Neil Young, Billy Gibbons, and Joe Bonamassa.
Those historic tweed-style amps and their legendary tones are responsible for the inspiration behind the Wampler Tweed ‘57. This pedal offers a wide tonal palette of sounds and includes several features that you’ve come to expect from Wampler. This is a limited edition pedal and only available to purchase online from Wamplerpedals.com. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Limited Edition, Classic Tones
Although the Tweed ’57 delivers the sound of those vintage tones you have come to love and expect, it is not limited to only one specific “Tweed Amp” sound, instead it’s Brian’s take on the special topology and tones that amps like the classic Tweed deluxe, Bandmaster, and Bassman are known for.

Responsive Touch
With a 3 band eq similar to a vintage tweed amp’s, you’re able to sculpt the tonality, feel, compression and overall gain structure just like you would on the real tube amplifier it’s emulating. Normal, Bright, and Linked input options cooperate with EQ and gain adjustments just like “jumpering inputs” on a vintage Bassman style amp.
Amp in a Pedal
Thanks to the fantastic “Input Simulator” switch, you will have flexibility and control just as you would expect on an amp from that period. All this in a compact pedal that works great with any amplifier or even direct into your favorite cabinet sim or IR loader..
