Limited Edition, Classic Tones
Although the Black ’65 delivers the sound of those vintage tones you have come to love and expect, it is not limited to only one particular sound. With a 3 band eq similar to a vintage ”black panel” amp, you’re able to sculpt the tonality, feel, compression and overall gain structure just like you would on the real tube amplifier it’s emulating.

The Boost switch controls the amount of internal gain available to the pedal – handy when dealing with different guitar output levels or just as some extra grunt to push this into primitive breakup – very similar to high levels of rectification that became the trademark tonal quality of a famous Californian boutique amp manufacturer.
