Shipping

Most items shipped within the U.S. will ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping with Delivery Confirmation.  Large items such as bass guitars and large amps ship via UPS Ground.  Power-All cables, 1 SPOT cables, guitar strings, stickers, and other small inexpensive items ship via regular mail.  Most in stock items purchased by 3:00pm Eastern (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day.  Items purchased after 3:00pm Eastern will ship the next business day. Items labelled with "free shipping" ship for free within the U.S. only.  If a single item in your order has free shipping (adaptor cables not included), we will ship the entire order for free (if we're able to ship everything together in one box).  In this case, we'll refund the shipping cost of the other items in your online order.  Feel free to email us before ordering with a list of the items you would like to purchase, and if there is free shipping on one of the items in your order, we'll make up an order form with free shipping for the entire order and email the link to you.  You can also simply order via phone.  Only a few exclusions apply such as a bulky item in the order such as an amp or hard case. International shipping is extra, unless specifically stated otherwise.  After you place an international order, we will email you a link to an online payment form for international shipping.  Feel free email us for an international shipping quote before ordering and, upon request, we will email you a link to an online order form which includes international shipping, allowing you to pay for your item(s) and international shipping together. For international shipments of most items, we usually ship via USPS Express International, Priority International, or First Class International.  International shipments usually ship within one business day.
