Most items shipped within the U.S. will ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping with Delivery Confirmation.  Large items such as pedal boards, flight cases, and amps usually ship via UPS Ground.  Some small light items, such as velcro and power supply mounting brackets, etc. ship via USPS First Class.  We fully insure all shipments against loss or damage.  Most domestic orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day.  Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern as well as international orders usually ship on the following next business day.

Items labeled with "free shipping" ship for free only within the U.S., unless specifically labelled "Free International Shipping".  International shipments usually ship within one business day.
